April 23, 2014 - . The investment company O1 Properties announces that it has signed the lease contract with McDonald’s for extra space in Lighthouse office center. With this contract signed, Lighthouse is now 100% leased out.

McDonald’s has been occupying office space on floor 10 of Lighthouse office center since summer 2012. In September 2014 the company will take additionally 630 sq m on the upper 14th floor of the building, with its total rented area amounting to 4,611 sq m.

Alexander Ostrovsky, CEO of O1 Properties: «Lighthouse which we chose for our own office as well is office centre of highest quality. Attractive and contemporary design, «green» technologies, a high level of infrastructure and excellent location make it a comfortable place of work for most exacting tenants. No wonder that it is fully leased out. Floor 14 of the business office center, now to be occupied by McDonald’s, is the so-called «private» storey having its own elevator and offering magnificent views of the whole city. I'm sure McDonald’s employees will like the new space with plenty of natural light».

Lighthouse is located on the inner side of the Garden Ring between Dobryninskaya and Paveletskaya metro stations. It is one of the few office office centers in Moscow certificated under the BREEAM standards of environmental performance. The office center features outstanding architecture and cutting-adge interior design, with a spacious inner atrium, embellished with carved decorative elements and rising up 12 floor levels. Lighthouse has been honored with a number of professional awards, including CRE Awards, Best Office, European Property Awards.
